About The Position

We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage the lifecycle of construction contracts, ensuring they are legally compliant, financially sound, and aligned with project goals. They act as a critical link between project managers, legal teams, and subcontractors.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or Finance is desired. Paralegal or similar contracts experience may be substituted for education requirements.
  • Requires 3–5 years of experience in the legal, construction or engineering industry.
  • Proficiency with standard industry forms, such as AIA (American Institute of Architects) documents.
  • Experience with Procore, Docusign, Bluebeam, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
  • High attention to detail, exceptional organization, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Drafting, reviewing, and processing subcontracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensuring all terms meet legal, regulatory, and safety standards while identifying potential financial or liability risks.
  • Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintaining organized digital and physical files for contracts, legal documents and correspondence.
  • Financial Administration: Communicating with the accounting team to identify edits to payment terms as they relate with contractual terms.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serving as a point of contact for external vendors and internal departments to resolve contract discrepancies or disputes.
