About The Position

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Overall Purpose: Provides confidential administrative support to one or more Senior Managers, assisting in the management of operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and achievement of organizational objectives. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical duties include, but are not limited to: Confidential Administrative Support: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Interact regularly with executive, administrative, and line management personnel, as well as external customers and vendors. Operational and Administrative Oversight: Assist Senior Managers in managing daily activities. Prioritize assignments and help establish administrative standards and work methods to promote smooth and efficient organizational operations. Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, coordinate events, and arrange travel to support Senior Managers and the broader team. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to organizational policies. Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, presentations, and other essential documentation. Support special projects through research, data analysis, and report preparation. Administrative Support and Guidance: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including processing bills, vouchers, requests, payroll, personnel matters, and budgets. Provide guidance to assistants and managers regarding administrative practices. Job Contribution: This is an entry-level professional role requiring foundational knowledge and the application of company policies to routine matters. Responsibilities include following standard procedures to analyze data and perform transactional work, contributing to project fulfillment and organizational objectives, and influencing productivity and expenditures. The role works under regular supervision with primary visibility within the department or region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
  • 0–3 years of related experience.
  • Foundational knowledge and the application of company policies to routine matters.
