Ad Platforms is responsible for Disney’s industry-leading ad technology and products – driving advertising performance, innovation, and value in Disney’s sports, news, and entertainment content, across all media platforms. Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help deliver the most scalable, intelligent internal Addressable Planning and Order Management product suite in the industry. As part of the rapidly evolving Disney Ads Platform team, you will define and support key capabilities that power how our Sales, Planning, and Operations teams collaborate and deliver campaigns across Disney+, Hulu, ESPN, and more. This role functions as day-to-day liaison between product, engineering, sales, planning, account management, data, and finance teams to streamline internal workflows and improve speed to market. The ideal candidate is deeply collaborative, makes data-driven decisions, obsesses over user experience, and builds trust across both technical and business teams. We value product leaders who drive clarity in complex systems, dive deep into the problem, care about quality and usability while executing with precision and accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise, SaaS, or platform environments.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders to develop workflow and planning tools.
  • Familiarity with product delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and business teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies.
  • Comfortable analyzing complex workflows and proposing data-driven improvements.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in technology or business domains

Nice To Haves

  • Masters Degree in a related field/MBA, and/or related certification/s.
  • Background in workflow automation or B2B platform product development.
  • Experience with: Experience in advertising technology or internal operations platforms.
  • Familiarity with quote-to-cash, order management, or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver product features that improve internal tools supporting ad sales planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, roadmaps, and user stories that support cross-functional delivery.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and QA to scope, prioritize, and ship new capabilities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Yield to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Ensure features are integrated effectively with upstream and downstream systems such as CRM, campaign management, billing, and trafficking.
  • Translate business needs and user feedback into clear product requirements with measurable outcomes.
  • Own product KPIs and success metrics; use data to guide prioritization and iteration.
  • Drive day-to-day execution across agile workflows
