Sr. Applications Administrator
About The Position
Join Virginia Housing and help make a difference as a Senior Applications Administrator. (Hybrid) This important role will provide advanced support and administration for Virginia Housing’s mortgage servicing platforms, with a primary focus on ICE Mortgage Technology’s MSP system. The Senior Applications Administrator will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring the stability, performance, and optimization of servicing applications and their integrations. This role will collaborate closely with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to support system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Several years of experience administering enterprise applications, particularly in mortgage servicing environments.
- In-depth knowledge of ICE Mortgage Technology’s MSP platform and related servicing systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across technical and business teams to generate business requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Supporting integrations between MSP and third-party systems (e.g., imaging, payment processing, customer portals)
- Working with Power BI, SQL Server, or other reporting and data analysis tools
- Managing vendor relationships and coordinating system upgrades or patches
- Familiarity with mortgage servicing regulations and compliance requirements
- A strong working knowledge of Mortgage Servicing department functions and roles and how MSP integrates amongst them
