The Senior API Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration frameworks that enable secure and efficient data exchange between Dynamics 365 Customer Service and enterprise systems like SAP, Genesys and other internal and third-party applications. This role is instrumental in delivering structured integration solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security standards while supporting business objectives. The role will play a crucial role in supporting Customer Service workspace on Dynamics 365, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to build solutions that address complex business challenges. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Contact Center operations.
