The Key Experience & Design (KeyXD) team drives enterprise-wide quantitative and qualitative research to inform strategic decisions and enhance client and employee experiences. This role requires strong technical skills in data analytics platforms/software (examples: Python, SPSS, R, advanced Excel such as PHStat2 ) and combining across multiple disparate data sources to deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will lead the development of other analysts in service to the broader client experience team and desired business outcomes.
