Responsibilities will include leading end-to-end research initiatives, both qualitative and quantitative, that inform high-impact decisions across product, marketing, and strategy. The incumbent will bring the voice of the customer to marketers, product owners and engineers. Shape research roadmaps, translating findings into strategic recommendations, and ensuring insights are embedded into decision-making processes. Experience requirements: 6+ years experience in consumer insights, market research, or strategy.
