Job Summary We are seeking a high-impact change analyst who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and executive influence. This role is not traditional project management. It is enterprise change management - structuring complex risk initiatives, aligning senior stakeholders, and driving execution on the firm’s most visible priorities. You will partner directly with Risk leaders and regularly support executive-level conversations, translating complex risk insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape decisions at the highest levels of the organization. Requirements

  • Knowledge of Fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of risk management and risk assessment.
  • Fundamental concepts of financial markets and products.
  • Fundamental subject expertise associated with the area of responsibility.
  • Business planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Managing risk management projects through all phases, including proposal, planning, execution, and completion, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Collaborating effectively with business unit leaders and subject matter experts to define requirements, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Preparing clear, concise, and impactful executive-level reports and presentations that translate complex risk data into actionable insights for senior management and board audiences.
  • Analyzing risk trends using business monitoring, risk assessments, and data-driven evaluations to support continuous improvement in risk management practices.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Organizing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including status updates, key findings, and recommendations for process enhancements
  • Adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines and project objectives.
  • Demonstrating initiative, enthusiasm, and a commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior management and influence change.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik etc.)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3-6 years of related work experience.
  • Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage risk management projects through planning, execution, and completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders and subject matter experts to define project requirements, identify risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in preparing executive-level reports and presentations, translating complex risk insights into actionable recommendations for senior management and board audiences.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of risk trends through business monitoring, risk assessments, and data-driven evaluations, supporting continuous improvement in risk management practices.
  • Partners with other groups within Risk Management to ensure delivery of a cohesive product.
  • Develops and maintains an in-depth understanding of business areas, their products, and supporting functions.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and market events, proactively assessing their impact on ongoing projects and risk priorities.
  • Support the development and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation, including status updates, key findings, and recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating key controls, remediation activities, and risk management issues, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up.
  • Contribute to a culture of engagement, adaptability, and continuous learning within the risk management team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to professional growth.
