Requirements

  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Analyst - Strategic Insights Robotics and Digital Solutions-related occupation.

Responsibilities

  • Shape, build, and maintain market models & forecasts, collaborating with business partners and team members.
  • Improve and build out new capabilities / dashboards / data warehouses / automated data pipelines using Tableau, SQL, python and other tools to meet evolving business needs.
  • Execute standard reporting and analytics.
  • Work with internal customers to define required data sets and information.
  • Leverage familiarity with different healthcare datasets to support business teams to solve complex analytical challenges.
  • Collaborate and influence multiple partners to ensure the use of fact-based insights in key business discussions.

  • Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
  • Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
  • Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
  • This position is eligible for benefits to include medical, dental, vision and time off, as well as any others as provided for in the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
