The Sr Analyst, On Demand Fulfillment COE role is responsible for supporting operational execution in forward/reverse logistics, inventory management, new product introduction, and sustainability efforts within Supply Chain. This role requires in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in its discipline, with the ability to determine own work priority and act as a resource for less experienced colleagues. The On Demand Fulfillment COE is crucial for driving insight, execution, and continuous improvement in on-demand and same-day delivery programs. The analyst will own reporting and analytics, support complex cross-functional initiatives, and collaborate with Operations, Technology, Product, Planning, and Strategy teams to optimize fulfillment performance. This position involves analyzing complex datasets, translating insights into recommendations, and supporting the design, monitoring, and enhancement of on-demand fulfillment solutions.

Requirements

  • In-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in own discipline (Supply Chain, forward/reverse logistics, inventory management, new product introduction, sustainability efforts).
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets.
  • Ability to translate insights into recommendations.
  • Bachelor's Degree (or some combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience).
  • 5-7 Years Relevant Work Experience.
  • Skills: Data Analysis, Fulfillment Operations, Process Improvements, Supply Chain Logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key analytics partner for on ‑demand and same ‑day delivery operations.
  • Monitor end ‑to ‑end order lifecycle performance, including fulfillment execution, last ‑mile delivery, and exception management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve speed, reliability, cost, and customer experience in gig ‑based delivery models.
  • Support pilots, tests, and rollouts of new on ‑demand fulfillment capabilities.
  • Assists in the development of strategic plans for existing, new, or proposed business operations.
  • Execute setup/readiness activities for new devices, products, programs, projects being implemented into the operations.
  • Develop, plan, and implement performance improvement projects connected to both forward and reverse logistics.
  • Triage field and corporate escalations, working quickly to resolve issues related to operations and vendor management.
  • Partner with the planning team to monitor inventory levels and production capacity across the enterprise supply chain network, identifying potential service level issues before they become customer impacting.
  • Develop reports to analyze and interpret key performance indicators to identify trends and areas of focus; Provide in-depth analysis and proposed solutions to leadership to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as technical and process liaison to internal and external partners in ensuring adherence to supply chain policies and procedures.
  • Lead small to medium process improvement efforts within supply chain operations.
  • Effectively communicate all project timelines, deliverables, and risks, including presentations to the supply chain leadership team.
  • Support the development of repeatable, and thus scalable, plans and processes in order to speed time to market and improve operational efficiency.
  • Deliver on ad-hoc requests for project updates, analysis, and executive level presentations.
  • Mentor more junior analysts to help facilitate the completion of accurate work.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
