About The Position

Job Description: Key Responsibilities Application Development Support Assist in building and maintaining applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). Support the creation and enhancement of workflows using Power Automate. Help develop dashboards and reports using Power BI (basic level). SharePoint Support and Configuration Assist in configuring SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions. Support basic SharePoint customization and integration with Power Platform solutions. Issue Resolution and Support Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to Power Platform and SharePoint. Support incident tickets and escalate complex issues to senior team members. Collaboration and Documentation Work with functional teams to understand business requirements. Document solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Participate in knowledge sharing and team discussions. Continuous Learning and Improvement Stay updated with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint capabilities. Participate in training, certifications, and internal enablement programs. Required Skills and Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 0–2 years of experience in Power Platform, SharePoint, or related technologies. Technical Skills Basic understanding of: Power Apps (Canvas preferred) Power Automate (flows, triggers, actions) SharePoint Online (lists, libraries) Familiarity with: Microsoft 365 ecosystem Dataverse (basic concepts) REST APIs or connectors (nice to have) Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication skills (written and verbal) Willingness to learn and take guidance Ability to work in a team environment Nice-to-Have Skills Basic knowledge of Power BI Exposure to JavaScript, HTML, or CSS Understanding of business process automation concepts At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–2 years of experience in Power Platform, SharePoint, or related technologies
  • Basic understanding of: Power Apps (Canvas preferred)
  • Power Automate (flows, triggers, actions)
  • SharePoint Online (lists, libraries)
  • Familiarity with: Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Dataverse (basic concepts)
  • REST APIs or connectors (nice to have)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to learn and take guidance
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of Power BI
