The HRIS Senior Analyst – Learning, Talent and Performance will play a critical role in the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of Workday, with primary focus on the Learning, Talent Management, and Performance modules. This position will serve as the functional subject matter expert (SME) and solution architect for these workstreams, partnering across HR, Operations, Finance, and business leadership to design, configure, test, and deploy enterprise-grade Workday solutions that align with Energy Transfer’s workforce development strategy. This role requires a practitioner who can bridge the gap between technical configuration and business strategy - someone who deeply understands how Learning, Talent, and Performance solutions interconnect and can guide stakeholders through design decisions with clarity, best practice insight, and a focus on long-term scalability. This position is onsite in Houston, TX, and requires full-time office presence - remote or hybrid work is not available. Relocation assistance may be provided for qualified candidates.
