Minimum Qualifications: Educational Background: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Certification and Workday Proficiency: - Workday PRO Certification or a minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following Workday modules: - Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) - Workday Recruiting/Onboarding - Workday Performance Management and Talent Technical and Operational Expertise: - Demonstrated advanced technical aptitude in Workday systems. - Strong understanding of HR operations with experience handling HR data.
