As a Sr. Analyst, E-Commerce, you will play a critical role in accelerating digital growth across Walmart.com and omnichannel platforms. You’ll translate complex data into actionable insights, optimize digital shelf performance, and influence strategy to drive measurable business outcomes across Oral Care and OTC categories. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital analytics, or omnichannel strategy
  • 2+ years of experience working with Walmart
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience translating data into business insights
  • Proficiency in syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI/Circana) and retailer-specific platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Deep understanding of digital commerce fundamentals, including GEO, SEO, PDP optimization, conversion drivers, and retail media
  • Experience with retailer.com ecosystems and digital shelf analytics tools
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data
  • Experience in CPG, marketing analytics, or sales strategy within a digital commerce environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive alignment in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead advanced digital, eCommerce, and omnichannel analytics to uncover growth opportunities, optimize ROI, and strengthen measurement frameworks
  • Own and elevate the digital shelf across content, search visibility, conversion drivers, and competitive positioning
  • Build data‑driven selling stories and deliver actionable insights to improve traffic, conversion, and basket size
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards while evaluating media, promotions, and assortment strategies to accelerate online growth
  • Partner cross‑functionally to align strategy and implement best‑in-class digital commerce practices, including SEO/GEO, content syndication, ratings & reviews, and retail media activation
