The Sr. Analyst will play an integral role in the Arrears Command Center credit team by synthesizing and preparing transactional customer data for departmental leadership in support of data driven strategic evaluation. The role includes performing in-depth analysis around credit and collections activities and identifying operational efficiency improvements as well as cost reduction opportunities relative to the Command Center business sub-units. The Sr. Analyst will design, develop, implement, and leverage various database systems to provide the Command Center leads and the broader department the required analytics and recommendations vital to managing customer arrearages and the credit and collections portfolio.
