Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conducts analysis and develop dashboards to enable informed business and financial decisions in support of COO and executive leadership objectives. Develop complex financial and resource reporting to provide meaningful insights and trends. Develops and maintains financial models, variance analysis, and forecasts to aid with budgeting and operational efficiency. Creates processes, frameworks, and reports to facilitate change management and information flow within COO Organization. Contributes to the review of internal reports and activities, develops and documents policy and process governance, and identifies and implements opportunities for business process improvements. Manages and presents executive level statuses, artifacts, and other reference materials as needed. Coordinates executives, senior leadership, and individuals spanning the COO organization across various projects; evaluates, monitors, and reports on progress. Collaborates with partners across Valley, navigating across the holistic organization to ensure successful outcome of strategic initiatives. Creates content, commentary, and metrics for executive, committee, and other various organizational presentations. Facilitate various communication channels (executive town halls, leadership meetings, thought collaboration forums), and provide supporting materials (agendas, organizational communications, presentations). Create and streamline cohesive messaging of organizational themes related to financials, headcount and other management insights.
