Job Overview: The Sr. Analyst, Business Management, will support the Sr. Chief of Staff, and the Group Managing Director, Chief Wealth Officer (“CWO”), in driving strategic initiatives, project managing key projects, and ensuring the efficient operation of the Wealth Management organization. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills, and a background in wealth management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration , Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the Wealth Management industry.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • 2+ years’ experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information and initiatives, exercising sound judgment and a high level of discretion.
  • Leadership : Demonstrates the ability to lead and influence others ; s trong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the a bility to interpret and present data effectively .
  • Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Collaboration : Works well in a team environment and fosters a collaborative culture , leveraging excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Progress towards obtaining CFP, or relevant advanced degree/designation.
  • Experience in wealth management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Support : Assist the Office of the CWO in developing and executing strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis : Take a hands-on approach to gathering data from various internal and external sources, rigorously verifying accuracy, and synthesizing findings into clear, actionable reports for a senior executive audience.
  • Project Management : Support the Office of the CWO with key project information gathering, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Communication : Serve as a liaison between the Sr. Chief of Staff, and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Meeting Coordination : Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the Wealth Management division’s objectives .
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
