Requirements
- Proficient in batch job management using File Transfer/Feedhub systems, AutoSys, and Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) for efficient job scheduling and monitoring.
- Experienced in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure, including Azure Storage, Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, and Azure Databricks for data processing and integration.
- Strong working knowledge of Linux environments for system operations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Skilled in scripting and automation using Bash, enabling efficient task automation and process improvement.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing and IT service management using ServiceNow for incident tracking, request handling, and workflow coordination.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the software development team to design, code, and test software solutions, focusing on developing and maintaining critical components.
- Work with senior team members to meet project requirements and deadlines, actively participating in design and code reviews.
- Contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving in software development by diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
- Participate in the development and documentation of software requirements and specifications.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues, working closely with senior engineers and support teams.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices by researching and proposing innovative solutions.
- Assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Take ownership of challenging technical tasks and collaborate on architectural decisions.
