The Senior Analyst, Activation Management will play a critical role in supporting and executing high-impact growth initiatives that materially contribute to LPL’s long-term success. This individual will partner closely with Growth Strategy leadership and cross-functional teams to turn strategy into action—leveraging data-driven insights, structured execution, and strong stakeholder engagement to drive results. This is a high-visibility role ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to operate as a “utility player” across multiple growth priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data, engineering or the liberal arts
  • 3-6 years of experience in program management, strategy, or wealth management in areas that highlight: growth strategy, data & analytics, process improvement or project management
  • 3+ years’ experience in MS Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI)
  • 3+ years’ experience in wealth management, with the ability to understand the needs of financial advisors
  • Core Competencies: Thinks strategically but executes tactically

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution & Growth Impact Support and execute initiatives that have a material impact on LPL’s growth and retention objectives
  • Develop success metrics that clearly communicate progress, risks, and impact against active strategy roadmaps and execution plans
  • Track and measure the performance of key growth levers to ensure continuous improvement
  • Data Insights & Reporting Lead data analysis and reporting for assigned growth initiatives
  • Create best-in-class dashboards, reports, and executive-ready materials
  • Develop scalable, repeatable reporting processes that elevate strategic decision-making
  • Clearly articulate complex ideas using structured thinking and compelling storytelling
  • Operational Excellence Approach strategy with an entrepreneurial mindset, leveraging critical thinking to increase initiative effectiveness
  • Establish scalable processes that set a high bar for results and enable repeatable success
  • Flex across a wide range of projects, adapting quickly to evolving business priorities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with high-impact leaders and teams across the organization to drive alignment on vision, strategy, and goals
