About The Position

TravisMathew is a premium apparel brand inspired by the sun, surf, and sand of Southern California, known for bridging the gap between performance and lifestyle apparel. The Sr. Allocation Analyst is a key member of the Supply Chain team, responsible for developing, preparing, and analyzing complex operational reports to support product allocation and order drop execution, including pre- and post-drop performance analysis. This role involves significant cross-functional collaboration with teams such as the Distribution Center, Planning, Sales, and Operations to ensure alignment on inventory flow, order prioritization, and execution. Additionally, the Sr. Allocation Analyst is tasked with leading continuous improvement initiatives across departments to enhance customer service, increase efficiency, reduce lead times, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Highly proficient in SAP, Power BI and Business Objects (or similar reporting tool)
  • Ability to identify issues and develop resolutions in an efficient manner
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, policy, procedures, program information, etc.
  • Ability to support dynamic work environment and able to quickly adapt to new challenges or changing priorities
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years’ related experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Golf and / or apparel experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build, prepare and maintain complex Business Objects and Excel reports
  • Build and analyze operational and sales metrics and provide directions to the applicable teams
  • Oversee the systematic (i.e., ERP) execution of sales orders
  • Drive order allocation and ensure on time delivery / performance
  • Partner with IT to define and obtain required data and develop canned reports
  • Partner with various departments to drive operational process improvement and improve customer service and communications
  • Lead projects focused on improved operational efficiency
  • Support Order Management with sales order management
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of business processes and recommend reports to support and measure those processes and provide general direction on improvement opportunities
