The Partnerships & Alliances role is a hands-on position with strategic responsibility across North America and Europe, focused on building, onboarding, and scaling CleverTap’s partner ecosystem to drive indirect revenue and long-term growth. In North America, this person will actively develop and manage strategic partnerships with global technology partners such as Google, Infobip, and Databricks. The role involves day-to-day engagement with partners, identifying joint opportunities, supporting co-selling motions, and building a strong network of implementation partners to enable the sale and delivery of complex customer projects. In Europe, this role will take ownership of building the reseller channel from the ground up. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting potential resellers, onboarding and enabling partners, defining operating models, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline and revenue through indirect channels.
