A Day In The Life: AEO & AI Strategy: Develop and implement cutting-edge AEO strategies to ensure customer content is prioritized by AI-driven answer engines and generative search experiences. Risk Mitigation: Identify key customers at risk of losing visibility due to algorithm shifts or AI disruption and develop proactive playbooks to mitigate these risks. Strategic Consulting: Partner with large-scale organizations to optimize their web operations and content for both traditional organic search and AI discovery. Executive Engagement: Present sophisticated business cases to C-level sponsors, demonstrating the value of a dual SEO/AEO approach in driving ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to align Conductor’s AI-powered solutions with specific customer challenges and renewal goals. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage BI tools and dashboards to provide insights into how AI-driven search trends are impacting account performance. Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years specifically in SEO/AEO at an agency or in-house (in-house preferred).
  • A high level of proficiency and curiosity regarding generative AI, LLMs, and their impact on search behavior and content discovery.
  • Strong technical SEO background with experience in website auditing, real-time monitoring, and schema markup critical for AEO.
  • Expertise in Conductor, Google Search Console, and technical tools like DeepCrawl or Screaming Frog, paired with an ability to adapt to new AI-centric marketing technologies.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex AI and search concepts into actionable strategies for marketing and digital leadership.
  • Proven ability to architect value propositions that address the "win-win" for customers navigating the transition from traditional search to answer engines.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize efforts in a highly fluid environment where AI technology is rapidly evolving
