About The Position

The Senior Advisor, Technology Services plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of collaboration, integrated strategy, and deep partnership between ITS, the ALSAC enterprise, and our portfolio of technology and business partners. This role is responsible for shaping and executing operational strategies within a designated focus area, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and driving measurable outcomes. This is a high‑visibility, enterprise-facing role at the intersection of business strategy, fundraising, and technology. The Senior Advisor partners deeply with leaders across the organization to translate complex business needs into integrated product and platform strategies—shaping roadmaps, connecting teams, and driving outcomes that matter. Success in this role comes from influence, collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to turn shared vision into tangible results. In this position, you will proactively monitor, manage, and mitigate risks across major strategic domains—including business process integration, IT governance, and additional technology service areas as assigned. You will champion continuous improvement, connecting teams, ideas, and opportunities to ensure cohesive strategies and operational plans across the organization. Ultimately, your leadership drives results by ensuring that solutions delivered across business units are complete, integrated, and responsive to ALSAC’s evolving needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in fundraising, IT operations, communications, supplier/vendor management, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal influence, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, build cross-functional alignment, and lead without formal authority
  • This position is offered as a hybrid role and will require regular on‑site presence.
  • The selected candidate will be based out of either our Coppell, Texas office or our Memphis, Tennessee office , depending on proximity.
  • Candidates should be able to commute to one of these offices as part of the hybrid work schedule.

  • Collaborates with Strategy, Operations, and cross-functional teams to design, test, deploy, and institutionalize business processes and systems that enhance cross-team effectiveness.

  • Drives alignment between processes, systems, and the organizational behaviors required to support them.
  • Navigate the Enterprise with Influence
  • Uses social and political capital to work effectively across the organization, building consensus and accelerating progress.
  • Lead in Varied ITS Settings
  • Serves in a leadership capacity as needed—internally with ALSAC teams and externally with vendors.
  • Ensures platform vision and strategy are clearly communicated and understood by stakeholders.
  • Translate Strategy Into Actionable Plans
  • Works alongside ITS and Platform Leadership to convert strategic vision into operational plans that resonate with and motivate business partners.
  • Leverages strong interpersonal and presentation skills to enhance clarity and drive commitment.

  • Helps translate technical projects into compelling business-facing narratives and presentations.
