SR ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR -SAHARA LAKES (FULL-TIME)
About The Position
The Valley Health System has expanded into an integrated health network that serves more than two million people in Southern Nevada. Starting with Valley Hospital Medical Center in 1979, the Valley Health System has grown to include Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center, Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center, Summerlin Hospital Medical Center, Henderson Hospital and Valley Health Speciality Hospital, and the newest facility, West Henderson Hospital. This role is responsible for providing support and performing a wide variety of confidential administrative duties for a System Director. The position also facilitates the continuum of care through metric standardization and preparation for reviews and analyzes system functions.
Requirements
- Previous insurance knowledge or clinic work experience (front or back office)
- Experience in clinical practice
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Comprehensive computer skills
- Multi-system navigational experience
- Data analysis and metric report construction experience
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Possess strong critical thinking skills
- Must be able to deal appropriately with highly sensitive and confidential material
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years Business College preferred
