As an Sr. Account Manager, you’ll be part of the North American Automotive team. You’ll get to: Lead negotiations of terms and condition reviews with customer purchasing and customer productivity negotiations Work closely with New Business Development Managers on initial cost estimations Support Program Management on the development of program and project planning Optimize costs by forming strong relationships with Operations, Product Managers and Costing Engineers Manage customer relationships and provide expertise on customer processes Support Program Management in optimizing timing by driving quality, operations and R&D to meet customers’ timelines Subject matter expert on customer-specific commercial requirements Work closely with Product Line Managers on VOC Support budget and strategic plan walks Support of sales coordination related activities including: Contract Review and Post PO Process
