Sr Account Manager, Banking Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for complex client and partner inquiries related to banking products and services. Support the design and implementation of customized banking solutions, including treasury management, for new and existing Wealth Management (WM) clients. Assist bankers with internal account administration, business development initiatives, and client presentations. This includes supporting due diligence at the onset of credit opportunities by gathering financial statements, conducting industry research, performing basic feasibility analyses, and compiling required credit documentation. Act as a liaison with the National Credit Center throughout the credit underwriting lifecycle, from inception through approval and ongoing monitoring. Coordinate with Client Service Support Teams (CSST) to execute daily client transaction activities, including payments, fees, and borrowing transactions. Resolve client inquiries, obtain required documentation for credit underwriting and monitoring, and ensure credit files and systems data are accurate and up to date. Partner with CSST on deposit-related transaction processing, including account openings, exception resolution, overdrafts, and related servicing activities. Develop and oversee action plans to address client servicing needs, coordinating with cross‑functional partners to ensure timely execution and follow‑up. Serve as a subject matter resource to the relationship servicing team for highly complex Wealth Management relationships. Build a strong understanding of the underlying client needs behind service requests and communicate those needs effectively to internal service partners. Gather and relay information required to facilitate service changes. Identify opportunities to enhance service efficiency, improve processes, and optimize service delivery. Communicate proactively with clients regarding account setup and status updates, past‑due loans, documentation requests, and other servicing matters. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of loan agreements, financial statements, and other documentation required to effectively monitor client relationships. Knowledge and Skills Strong knowledge of banking products and services, with an understanding of internal banking functions. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage complex client relationships and coordinate across multiple internal partners. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients and colleagues. Experience Minimum of 5+ years of experience, or equivalent, in financial services, accounting, or related fields. Prior experience in a client servicing or relationship support role is required. Work Environment This is an in-office position. Requirements
