About The Position

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team. This person will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth by connecting organizations with Osano’s privacy and compliance solutions. This position is ideal for someone competitive, consultative, and energized by solving complex business challenges. You enjoy building authentic relationships, running disciplined sales cycles, and owning your pipeline from first conversation to closed-won. You thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and are motivated by both impact and income.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close
  • Sell Osano’s consent management, data mapping, data discovery, vendor monitoring, and privacy program solutions
  • Identify and engage marketing, compliance, legal, and data security stakeholders
  • Uncover prospect goals, challenges, decision-makers, and budget parameters
  • Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and tailored proposals
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements
  • Meet or exceed individual quota and contribute to overall revenue team success
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Development, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • Stay current on privacy regulations, industry trends, and Osano’s evolving product offerings
  • Travel occasionally (<15%) for strategic opportunities as needed
