These sectors have unique needs and paths for cloud adoption, and the AWS Industry Marketing team helps defense and national security customers transform their businesses, working with and through our DIB partners to provide a broad & deep portfolio of cloud services, generative AI, and industry solutions. Amazon Web Services is seeking a results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Industry Marketing Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM programs for Defense Industrial Base partners supporting the US Federal Government, including the Department of War business and the Intelligence Community. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted marketing initiatives. The Account-Based Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end execution of territory ABM programs, working backwards from partner and customer needs to create data-driven, multi-channel campaigns, events, and executive programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. This role requires project management skills and experience, analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

Nice To Haves

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
  • Experience in the defense or national security industry

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the largest Industry activations, executive programs, and scaling programs
  • Design and execute territory-specific ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few) that align with global frameworks and drive measurable business impact
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with sales teams to understand partner account priorities and translate them into effective marketing programs
  • Analyze customer data, buying signals, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimization
  • Create and implement multi-channel programs (events, digital, direct) that deliver personalized partner and customer experiences
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure ABM programs complement broader field marketing efforts
  • Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practices
  • Track and report on program performance, using data to optimize and scale successful approaches
  • Manage program budgets effectively, demonstrating frugality while maximizing impact
  • Collaborate with global ABM community to share learnings and adopt proven practices
