About The Position

Spring Musical Assistant Director - needed for the 2025-2026 school year only. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spring Musical Assistant Director to support our high school theater program. This advisor will work closely with the Musical Director and students to help bring our spring production to life. This is a seasonal, stipend-based position during the spring production period. Ideal for educators or theater professionals passionate about working with high school students and the performing arts.

Requirements

• Experience in theater, musical theater, or performing arts (education or directing experience preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively with students and staff
• Availability for after-school rehearsals and performance dates

Responsibilities

• Assisting with rehearsals and performances
• Supporting student performers with staging, blocking, and character development
• Helping maintain a positive, organized, and inclusive rehearsal environment
• Assisting with supervision of students during rehearsals and performances
