The Crown Is Yours As a Security Guard in our Retail Sportsbook, you'll help create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment where customers and team members can focus on enjoying the experience. You'll be at the center of daily operations, monitoring activity, responding to incidents, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the floor. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll play a critical role in maintaining compliance, protecting assets, and delivering a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills with basic computer proficiency.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods, navigate stairs frequently, and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Verify patron identification, monitor entry points, and operate metal detectors to ensure compliance with safety and age verification protocols.
• Maintain a visible security presence by observing activity, identifying potential risks, and reporting violations, suspicious behavior, or illegal activity to management.
• Respond to incidents including patron disputes, aggressive behavior, intoxication, medical situations, and other safety-related events, providing support and first aid when needed.
• Document and report incidents such as theft, property damage, injuries, and unusual occurrences, while assisting with asset protection and secure transfers.
• Provide directions and support to guests and vendors, helping ensure a smooth and organized experience throughout the venue.
