About The Position
S2S Functional Performance® is seeking a skilled and motivated Sports & Orthopedic Physical Therapist who is passionate about bridging rehabilitation and performance. Our collaborative environment empowers therapists to deliver exceptional care while helping clients move, perform, and live at their best. Founded in 2005, S2S Functional Performance® has built a reputation for clinical excellence and meaningful relationships in the Flower Mound community. Our integrated model combines evidence-based physical therapy, movement science, Pilates, and performance training to support patients and clients across the lifespan.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients using a hands-on, movement-focused approach
- Perform thorough examinations and differential diagnoses to guide treatment planning
- Design progressive rehabilitation programs aligned with patient goals
- Bridge rehabilitation and performance for active and athletic populations
- Collaborate with strength coaches, Pilates instructors, and movement specialists
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences that reflect the S2S standard of care
