About The Position

An established outpatient orthopedic clinic in Belfair, WA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a collaborative, evidence-based team.
This position focuses on outpatient musculoskeletal (MSK) care with the opportunity to grow into 1 telehealth day per week. You’ll work with orthopedic and post-surgical patients in 45-minute treatment sessions, allowing for quality patient care and reduced burnout.
This is a true work-life balance position — no nights, no weekends.

Requirements

• Active (or eligible) Washington State Physical Therapist license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and post-surgical patients
• Provide 45-minute outpatient PT sessions
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver telehealth PT services (training provided)
• Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
• Collaborate with PTAs and clinical team members
• Complete accurate EMR documentation
