About The Position

As a Marketing Intern at SMT, you will work closely with our marketing and creative teams on a variety of projects serving our departments, employees and clients. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your marketing knowledge, learn about the sports technology, broadcast and events industries, and gain hands-on experience with social media, newsletters, copy writing, performance analysis and strategy.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Interest in sport’s tech, broadcasting, or live events.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe, Canva, or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in marketing/communications preferred
  • Experience creating TikToks/Instagram Reels and using editing tools (e.g., CapCut) preferred
  • Interest in mobile gaming preferred

Responsibilities

  • Designing graphics for social media, newsletters, and marketing materials that follow SMT’s brand guidelines.
  • Producing TikToks/Instagram Reels for SMT’s first mobile game, Super Tiny Football
  • Editing internal newsletters and marketing materials for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Helping develop marketing strategies and analyze performance data to boost engagement.
  • Assisting with planning and preparing for company events.
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh ideas and creative solutions.
  • Contributing to creative marketing campaigns and providing support across marketing tasks.
