Your Role as Sports & Games Specialist As the Sports & Games Specialist, you will design and lead engaging sports activities and games that promote teamwork, cooperation, and achievement. From running group games to planning camp-wide activities, your creativity and enthusiasm will bring energy and excitement to the Camp KEFF experience.

Requirements

Must be a high school graduate or age 18+.
1-2 years of experience in education.
Passion for Youth: Strong enthusiasm for working with children in grades TK-5.
Curriculum Development: Experience creating engaging educational materials incorporating Jewish themes.
CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain during training).
Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse populations.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a camp setting is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and implement sports and group games for campers in grades TK-5.
Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all participants during sports activities.
Organize and maintain sports equipment and supplies to support smooth operations.
Participate in camping trips, field trips, and other camp events, fostering camper engagement.
Serve as a resource for staff to incorporate sports and games into their programming.
Lead team-building activities and cooperative games that inspire collaboration.
Collaborate with staff to design and execute unit and camp-wide programs.
