Your Role As A Counselor As a Camp Counselor, you’ll be the heart of Camp KEFF. Guided by the Camp Leadership Team, you’ll ensure each camper feels welcome, safe, and valued. From leading activities and resolving conflicts to collaborating with other staff, you’ll create a positive and memorable experience for all campers.

Requirements

Education: High school graduate or age 18+.
Experience with Youth: Preferred experience working with children in grades TK-9.
Enthusiasm for Camp: Passion for working with youth and fostering a fun, supportive camp environment.
Flexibility: Comfortable supervising children in a pool setting.

Nice To Haves

Camp Experience: Previous experience in a camp setting is a plus.
