Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in maple sports flooring systems
- Ability to complete projects from installation through final coat
- Professional, timely, and consistent communication
- Dedicated crew with appropriate training and supervision
- Ownership of necessary tools and equipment
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel as required
- Proof of General Liability Insurance
- Proof of Workers’ Compensation Insurance
Responsibilities
- Maple athletic flooring installation (nail-down systems)
- Subfloor preparation and moisture mitigation as required
- Sanding and screening
- Athletic floor finishing and coating systems
- Recoats and maintenance refinishing
- Game line layout and striping
- Repairs and board replacements
- Compliance with all project specifications and safety standards
