Requirements

Volleyball Experience: Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in competitive volleyball as a player or coach.
1-2 years of working experience in education, coaching, or child development strongly preferred
Authorized to work in the US
18+ years of age

Previous Volleyball Experience
Strong ability to implement Elevo curriculum to students, using your volleyball experience to engage them in physical activities and team-building exercises
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A can-do attitude and a natural curiosity for solving problems
Excellent behavioral management skills
Thoroughly understand the organization’s goals & mission, and apply these values while teaching cheerleading skills and participating in physical activities with students.

Responsibilities

Engage students in SEL & PE curriculum
Certify mandatory instructional minutes required for the program
Facilitate, demonstrate, and participate in games with students
Supervise different activities with groups of students such as games and distributing snack
Create a safe learning environment while implementing strong behavior management skills on the field
Ability to communicate effectively with guardians and all facility members
Basic understanding of operating and navigating modern technology
Act as a positive and inspiring role model
Demonstrate exceptional customer service for all students and school staff
Follow COVID 19 protocols outlined by the school
