About The Position

Toast is driven by building an all-in-one Food & Beverage and Retail platform that helps Operators adapt, take control, and get back to what they do best: focusing on guest experience and revenue generation. We are looking for an experienced Sports and Entertainment Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. A Sports and Enterprise Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for building business success by identifying, qualifying and selling prospects. For this role, strong communication skills and a customer service attitude are essential. As an S & E Enterprise Account Executive, you should also be results-driven and help us achieve our business goals. Ultimately, you should be able to achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing new and existing accounts within different vertices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Sales Account Executive with a strong history of successful selling into Sports & Entertainment markets
  • Experience selling Point of Sale Platform in the hospitality industry
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly Salesforce and MS Excel)
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and business verticals
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Work closely with management team and key stakeholders to develop market expansion plans that align with our company goals and capabilities
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results
  • Creating quotes, performing web and in-person demonstrations and logging activities into Salesforce
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts or territories
  • Creating new and maintaining established relationships within your assigned market
  • Working with senior management to establish sales goals and increase market share & revenue
  • Working with our marketing team to construct marketing material and presentation collateral as needed
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
