The Role The Strategic Account Management team helps Square's most complex merchants get the most out of Square through strategic relationship building and timely solutions. Our team is hiring an Account Service Manager for a role supporting Square's Sports and Entertainment Sellers. With hundreds of unique venue relationships within a subset of broader corporate entities, these sellers represent some of the most unique and highest growth potential across all of Account Management. Working alongside a Senior Account Manager owning the corporate relationship, you will be responsible for nurturing seller relationships and finding creative ways to make Square products work for a complex array of customers. You will identify ways to expand collaboration with existing customers and help uncover new seller accounts who are not currently utilizing Square within these relationships.
