We’re looking for our first Centralized Sponsorship Sales Representative who thrives, in process, systems, and gets fired up about sponsorship in Public Media. About the Job Key Responsibilities You will own and grow sponsorship revenue across multiple markets as part of a centralized, tech-enabled sales team. This role manages the full sponsorship lifecycle, from prospecting to long-term account growth, with strong support from pre- and post-sales teams. If you enjoy building relationships, working a structured sales process, and expanding into new markets, this role offers clear ownership and the opportunity to drive measurable results.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2B or inside sales
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and sell effectively in a remote environment across multiple markets
  • Comfort working within a structured sales process
  • Strong organization, time management, and follow-up habits
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms
  • A proactive mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of sponsorship revenue across multiple markets, starting with the Colorado Western Slope
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business through outbound calls, email outreach, and virtual meetings
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into revenue
  • Follow a defined, proven sales process that ensures consistency and a strong sponsor experience
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and post-sales teams to deliver proposals, execute campaigns, and support ongoing client success
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and account growth
  • Use HubSpot and other sales tools to manage pipeline, streamline workflows, and prioritize selling time
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Expand into additional markets as assigned, applying the same process and standards
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and client needs across all territories
