About The Position

We are seeking a Service & Preventative Maintenance (SPM) Coordinator to join our team. This role serves as the central point of coordination for our Service & PM programs managing schedules, supporting customers, and ensuring that preventative maintenance contracts are fulfilled with precision and consistency. In this role, you’ll be the nerve center of our Service & PM team connecting customers with techs, tracking service jobs, and making sure our maintenance programs are running like clockwork. Requirements

  • High school diploma with 3–5 years of customer service experience, or
  • Associate/Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of customer service experience
  • (Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered: 2 years of experience = 1 year of education)
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills—comfortable working with both people and systems
  • A knack for prioritizing, solving problems, and keeping projects on track

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service calls and preventative maintenance visits
  • Schedule and track recurring maintenance programs to ensure contract compliance
  • Facilitate customer onboarding into GFS service programs and systems
  • Manage monthly filter orders and related service templates
  • Maintain accurate records in internal and external service systems
  • Collaborate with technicians, sales teams, and support staff to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Oversee spare parts lists to minimize downtime and meet customer needs
