About The Position

BAYADA, a nonprofit organization, is seeking passionate Per Diem or Part Time Speech Therapists (ST) to join their Early Intervention and pediatric team in Delaware. The role focuses on delivering exceptional care to children and empowering families, offering flexibility, support, and the opportunity to make a significant difference. Therapists will work in family-centered, community-based care settings.

Requirements

• Active Speech Therapist license in good standing
• NER-DE

Nice To Haves

• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits
