BAYADA is currently seeking passionate Part Time Occupational Therapists (OT) to join their Early Intervention and pediatric team in Delaware. This role offers flexibility to set one's own schedule and choose geographic coverage.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care
• NER-DE

Nice To Haves

• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits
