About The Position

BAYADA, a nonprofit organization, is seeking passionate Per Diem or Part Time Occupational Therapists (OT) to join their Early Intervention and pediatric team in Delaware. The role emphasizes flexibility, support, and the opportunity to make a significant impact by delivering exceptional care to children and empowering families. Therapists can set their own schedules and choose their geographic coverage area, with options for Part-Time (25+ visits/week) or Per Diem (5 visits/week) work.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• NER-DE

Nice To Haves

• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits
