Requirements

Active Speech Therapist license in good standing
NER-DE

Nice To Haves

Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
Passion for family-centered, community-based care

Responsibilities

Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
Use electronic documentation for each visit
Complete weekly scheduled visits
