What You’ll Do: Provide speech therapy services in patients’ homes Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized plans of care Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation What We’re Looking For: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Virginia Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required Home health experience preferred, not required Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and travel between patient homes Service Area (Major Cities & Towns): Blacksburg, VA and surrounding areas including: Christiansburg, VA Radford, VA Pulaski, VA Dublin, VA Pearisburg, VA Narrows, VA Giles County Montgomery County Let’s Be Real: If you want flexibility, control over your schedule, and the ability to actually focus on your patients — this is your lane.
