Position Summary Trinity Health At Home is seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our growing home‑based rehabilitation team. This role is ideal for a recent master’s graduate looking to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year with strong mentorship, diverse caseload experience, and the autonomy of providing 1:1 care in a home environment. The Clinical Fellow will assess, diagnose, and treat adult patients with communication, cognitive‑linguistic, and swallowing disorders under the supervision of a certified and licensed CCC‑SLP mentor, in alignment with ASHA requirements.
