UKG is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, and motivated individual to join our growing technical support team within our Print Shop Engineering-Support Team. In this Specialty Support II role, you will have a proven track record of being focused, operationally excellent, and a critical thinker that loves to leverage data, problem solve, and maintain relationships to achieve their business goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years related work experience.
  • Basic Understanding of Hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Must be proficient with and adopt new technologies.

  • BS/BA degree in Technology, Business, or related discipline.
  • Track record as an enthusiastic team player with proven ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Be a motivated problem solver who can accurately document and communicate issues.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Be a fast learner ready to leverage our technology, tools, and best practices to support the Print Shop
  • Provide basic software and computer hardware support for Print Shop Team.
  • Installation, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Printers
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Sealing Equipment
  • Manage the users for Uluro and other internal applications.
  • Work with general direction to resolve issues and provide solutions, with guidance in complex situations.
  • Provide initial support structure for our FPS Application system and work with the development team to troubleshoot issues.
  • Setup new customers in various systems
  • Create Signature and Logo files from submitted forms.
