About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Specialty Sales Representative to drive brand adoption and awareness within the U.S. pharmaceutical and healthcare market. This role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospital staff, pharmacists, nurses, and administrators to support product launches and patient care solutions. The position requires a combination of clinical knowledge, business acumen, and consultative selling skills to engage multiple stakeholders effectively. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with internal teams to implement account strategies, provide educational support, and ensure product uptake. Success in this role means meeting territory objectives, strengthening client trust, and contributing to overall market growth. Occasional travel within the assigned territory is required to maintain key relationships and drive engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred; MBA or MS a plus.
  • 3–5+ years of successful field-based account management experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or medical device sales.
  • Experience in Allergy/Immunology markets or with specialty accounts strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to launch products and navigate payer dynamics to drive adoption.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and establish credibility with clients.
  • Familiarity with scientific and clinical concepts, with the ability to maintain strong acumen.
  • Competency in CRM tools and sales reporting platforms such as Tableau and Veeva.
  • Valid driver’s license with eligibility to meet territory driving requirements.
  • Ability to meet credentialing requirements for access to healthcare institutions and facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive brand recognition, adoption, and product launch success within the assigned geography.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacists, nurses, hospital administrators, and office staff.
  • Deliver balanced, clinically accurate product and disease state presentations both in-person and virtually.
  • Collaborate with field-based teams and internal departments to develop detailed account plans and execute sales strategies.
  • Navigate complex payer landscapes, driving formulary access and patient coverage for specialty products.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, laws, and company values in all customer interactions.
  • Travel within territory up to 25% or more, as required, for meetings, conferences, and client engagements.
