ModMed is hiring a driven Specialty Marketing Manager to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Marketing team focused on leading the development, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies for priority specialty segments to drive awareness, demand, adoption, and expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to translate specialty-specific market insights into scalable revenue outcomes within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA, MPH, or MS in Marketing/Analytics) preferred.
  • 4+ years of professional B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, Healthcare Tech, or MedTech.
  • Proven experience building segment, ICP, or specialty-specific GTM strategies and messaging frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success partnering directly with Sales and Customer Success to impact pipeline creation and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong financial and commercial understanding, including funnel conversion, CAC/LTV, and segment performance tracking.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders without direct authority and align multiple business units on a unified specialty narrative.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in medical specialties or Revenue Cycle verticals (e.g., Derm, Plastics, GI, Ortho) is highly preferred.
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation (Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo) as well as GTM analytics/intent platforms (DemandBase, 6sense, Qlik).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own specialty segment strategies, segmentation models, and prioritized growth plans.
  • Create specialty-specific messaging frameworks, segment narratives, and value propositions to ensure resonance with provider audiences.
  • Build and execute specialty-level campaigns designed to generate new pipeline and expand existing accounts.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to improve specialty selling confidence, pipeline acceleration, and win rates.
  • Develop specialty-specific customer proof points, case studies, and reference programs to support the buyer journey.
  • Track and measure specialty campaign performance and revenue impact to continuously refine marketing motions.
  • Lead complex communications across Sales, Product, and Executive leadership to align on GTM strategy and navigate trade-offs between competing priorities.
  • Identify high-revenue specialty opportunities and translate complex clinical or practice challenges into commercially resonant value narratives.
